- Background check through UW’s Office of Youth Protection (you will be contacted when this is due)
- 1st Aid Certification – Head Teachers and Classroom Staff Only — (in-house opportunity at EEU each fall)
- Food Handler’s Permit – Classroom Staff only
- Early Support Attestation – DSHS Policies and Early Support Handbook
- DSHS Background Check (every 3 years)
- DSHS Mandatory Reporting
- HIPPA Training and Certificate
- Early Support Confidentiality and Security Agreement
- TB Test needs to be administered through an outside source. (1 time upon being hired)
